Mila Kirova: Biography Babylon 2009

Project Title: ESTROGEN
Mila Kirova has a Degree in Psychology at the Sofia University, Bulgaria. She is part of the production team of Bulgar Beats since 2003. Mila Kirova was involved as Assistant Producer in the marketing and distribution of the feature film MILA FROM MARS, followed by her work as Development Manager and Line Producer of the documentary MODUS VIVENDI and as Assistant Director at the U.S. production WHEN NIETSCHE WEPT starring Armand Assante. In the period 2005-2006 Mila Kirova has been involved as Manager for slate of film projects applications for Programme MEDIA of the European Community (for Bulgar Beats and for one of the biggest Bulgarian production companies SIA Advertising Ltd. - both successful). In 2006 she was selected for the Program Script Editing at Binger Filmlab in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Coming back to Bulgaria in 2007, she rejoined the production team of the feature film FORECAST, made in co-production with Nu Boyana Film and the Bulgarian National Television. In August 2008 she was selected to participate at Sarajevo Talent Campus. Mila Kirova is currently involved in the marketing and distribution of FORECAST and the development of the feature films ESTROGEN and ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE.
